CONSULTS EXPLAINED

During the booking process you'll be asked what type of consult you wish to book. Use this guide to help you work out which type of consult suits you best. Please note, for some specialised services (hydrotherapy, bike fit, running analysis, exercise in pairs or group) please contact me so we can discuss a few specifics before booking.

Initial Consult $90*^

These consults allow sufficient time for me to assess what the issues are, what you want to achieve, and the best way to help you. This is the appointment you should choose if we haven't met before.

Standard Consult $70*

This type of consult is for a known issue, something we've already discussed or assessed. Typically, we'll spend up to 30mins together.

Longer Consult $90*^

A longer consult is recommended when we have more than one issue to work on concurrently; or if we need to take a multi-faceted approach to treatment. In such cases it works out to be better value to book longer appointments less frequently than booking frequent standard consults.

TeleHealth Standard $50*

This is a really good option if you want me to guide you through some self-treatment or perform your rehab exercises with me but you're unable to meet in person e.g. things are hectic at home; you're feeling a bit unwell; someone in the household has Covid etc etc

Exercise in Pairs*

If you have a friend or a partner or a family member you've managed to rope in to exercise with you this is the right appointment to choose. It also becomes more economical with more participants. If this sounds like a plan then please get in touch with me to discuss before you book it in.

Ergonomic Assessment

I have performed countless ergonomic assessments for people both at their places of work (office or factory floor) and in their home office too. This is the consult to choose if you want a comprehensive assessment of your work environment and my assistance to improve it for you.

TeleHealth 'Quick Fix' $30

This is a fantastic option when you either don't have much time; or perhaps you want to pick my brain about a few things; or to discuss your exercise programme. We can do this via Zoom, Teams, Whatsapp video call or with an old-school phone call. Allow for up to 15mins.

Exercise 1-on-1 $90*^

This is the consult you would choose if you want me to come and help you with rehab exercises; mat Pilates; a strength and conditioning programme or a falls prevention session.

Exercise Group (3+)*

This appointment type allows for larger groups of friends/family to enjoy guided exercise together, It's the most economical way to enjoy falls prevention training, mat Pilates, strength and conditioning, functional exercise. Due to the increase in participants, please get in touch with me to discuss before you book it in.

NDIS consults

If you (or your plan manager) have already spoken to me about providing Physiotherapy services through your NDIS funding, then these are the right consults for you to book. If you would like to enquire about using NDIS funding for Physiotherapy, please contact me via the contact form below.
