"Use it or lose it" is a well-worn phrase, but it's absolutely true when describing the human body. Our bones become weaker if we don't give them enough stimulus and our body will quickly shed muscle if it doesn't detect enough stimulus to retain or grow muscle fibres. I can help in this regard by guiding you through exercise sessions designed to build muscle, strengthen your bones and generally build physical capacity to do things. We can do these sessions 1-on-1, in pairs or in groups.
