If you're motivated to improve your situation through exercise, but you're unsure exactly what you should be doing, I can help by providing an online exercise programme for you. The programme is customised to suit your own personal goals, your schedule, your preferences and your access to equipment (or lack of). My programmes use the latest technology to include videos of how to perform the exercises and also allows me to update your programme remotely. But you can also print out the programme if you prefer a hard copy.
